From 2003 year, our conmpany began to adopt CAD designtechnology,then used USA Concepts, NREC conmpany three dimensional flow field analysis software and Pushbutton CFD hydraulic model analysis software in 2009. Through making three dimensional flow field simulation analysis for first designed pumps, we could ensure pump hydraulic and suction preformance. Testing result proves first desigined hydraulic model could meet design requirement.
We adopt DyRoBS Rotor analysis software toanalyse critical speed of pump rotor and bearing movement in dynamic and static situation.
DyRoBeS Rotor analysis function includes:
